I have an Atlas EMD SW9 that is very nice, but the prototype has full-length side walkway railings, which I want to add.  These are not like the railings on the GP7 or GP9.  They are pipe-type railings with a T-fitting at the top of the stanchions, and they are attached to the top of the side walkways, not the sides.  The photo shows these railings on a B&M SW-1.  I can't seem to find a source for these.  Any ideas?  Thank you for whatever help you can give.

your best be is O scale America GP7 type railings. you will have to modify the railing deck attachment yourself. Use piano wire for the actual railings for strength and rigidity.

From the Atlas Website.  Parts SW series.

GP7 Parts  Handrails  still not quite right. You would have to modify and add the correct feet.

Another possibility  Precision Scale Co.
