Thank you Joe, that should kick start my search.  Shouldered washer item #2 on link is the style I am looking for.  I have encountered them before when switching out truck from earlier models.  Need to mic my needs to see if they stock my size. 

Have to think that there is a 0 scale parts supplier that has bags of what I need.  Need about two dozen pieces.
