Just picked this up over the weekend. It was made by Rich-Art. Not sure what years, but it will look good with O or Std Gauge.

Rich-Art made this tower for one of the conventions that SP Division hosted. Having a bad case of "crs" but I think it was either 2000 or 2006.

It reminds me of a scarce Ives water tank made by Lionel after Lionel acquired that venerable company.

Of course it does, Richart made a reproduction of the "Ives" water tower, and it was a simple matter to make some up in special colors for the convention.
