I am tripping 2 180w Bricks when the train passes over the insulated rail. I am using 2 180w bricks, one on each side of the loop. I put atlas rail insulators between the 2 halves of the loop. The Power supplies have the 2 prong, black and white. Any hep is greatly appreciated as always.

Check to see if they are in phase. There were some Lionel ones that were not.
Is there a proper way to check that?

With a multimeter measure across the two center rails. Or use an incandescent bulb that is good for 24 volts, one lead on one center rail and one lead on the other. You are looking for no or very small voltage. Or no or very little bulb lighting.
Reverse the polarity of one of them if you get voltage or light.
