I just saw this thread and recalled that I have one two-rail container car by a company called "ScalePlate". I know nothing else about it, though. Unfortunately, the only photo of it is this one that I took for a "gag" shot:

One thing that I noticed is that almost every forty-foot container in the world will stack on almost every other forty-foot container in the world. Not so among the scale offerings by K-Line, MTH, Lionel, Atlas, etc.

@PRRMP54 your well car looks like it’s made by Right-of-Way Industries- who sold their items in a white box with text that included “Right-of-Way Industries” and  “ScalePlate” as shown below:

I also Have one of there well cars like the one you posted except it’s in Canadian National livery. Bought it a couple months ago, it came with Weaver trucks- not sure if that’s how they all came? (I’m too young to have been purchasing ROWI when they were in business).   they’re pretty nice and prototypically sized but their containers are ever so slightly undersized/not to scale. You could put two ROw 20’ containers on the bottom and fit an Atlas or K-line(with modification) container on top and they’ll line up with “minimal” space between the 20’ containers.   The containers I have from them(two 40’, two 20’) don’t use the “pins” that have become common in the hobby, instead they have rubber pads in the corners.

More pertinent to recent times, the ROW well car tooling is what Menards uses- or something EXTREMELY similar.
