WOW!  I attended most of the event last night and was blown away by my peers in the STD gauge hobby.  I am a relative newbie with a new COVID layout.  Bought a ton of Kirk's track and am mostly all MTH modern but I am still reeling from the creativity and artists I witnessed last night.  Jim, your creations are stunning.  I'm afraid to ask who do you sell to?

Ashton and Mr. Beaver and others, you too, unbelievable.  The format last night was really good with the introductions of the short videos and then the Q&A after each.  Really made for a good event.

Steve

here's a link to a video of the whole meeting.

Hi Jim, thanks for the link.

I enjoyed watching all the videos and photos of everyone's layouts, finds, collections, and custom built standard gauge, including your amazing work. I had no idea there was so much custom building and general kitbashing in tinplate and standard gauge. I recently "graduated" from modern O gauge to tinplate with the inheritance of my Dad's original prewar trains. I am building a small Christmas table display layout.

Unfortunately I have an O gauge budget and barely that, but I really enjoy the standard gauge and when this covid is over, I hope to get to see your modules at a train show.

I did find the short video on youtube that one member mentioned (I forget who) called "Toccata for Toy Trains". https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1KMZ_M00ISg&t=1s
