Don't know whether someone's already pointed this out but right now on PBS, from 8 to 11, there's a show called Celebrating North America's Steam Railways. I'm in the New York TV market, so it might be different where you are.
I believe it is only showing in the NYC area. It isn't on here in Minnesota right now. It will play at midnight on the secondary PBS station. It is a rerun.
And it is foreverthon season on PBS! Even Daffy Duck would agree!
We call the fundraising efforts "Beg-a-thon" at my house. If it is the show that I'm thinking of, the segments with the host were shot at the Lake Superior Railroad Museum in Duluth.
