I found it amazing that the train went from the street, up a sidewalk up to the front door to deliver the goods! Once again I thought I had seen everything in terms of trains. Wrong.

According to the titles on the video, this is at a geriatric centre & hospital in Vienna. 
And that is why critters and industrial tramways are so attractive.
Just out of curiosity: how do you know those are food containers? They look like they could large electrical components. Don't get me wrong, I believe you. I just can't tell by simply looking. Of course, the description is in German, so it might be in there somewhere.
