Good Morning Everyone and Happy Easter. I will start off with something I have constructed in the past. Lets see what you have been working on.

Yesterday, I redid some of my groundcover on my layout, using Woodland Scenics Brown Fine Ballast, Iron Ore Fine Ballast and Blended Turf, affixed with spray glue:

WOW Alan. That seems like a lot of little parts and a lot of glueing. Very tedious work.
Beautiful work, Alan. Did you design the facility or did you work from plans or photographs?

Melgar,
It is an actual electrical substation building located along Pennsylvania railroad tracks. I was given pictures and was able to find more on the internet.
Probably the worst S.S.C. we had in a long time.
Where are all the craftsman and real Pro modelers?
Maybe because today is Easter Sunday and there are more important things to do.

Not the "worst". Maybe the least participative.
I prefer to offer a compliment rather than criticize.

Happy Easter everyone. I made a little bit of progress on the diorama since I first posted 3 weeks ago. Here’s a photo of where I left off last time...
I’ve laid out the track for two more sidings and built the base and ramp for an unloading dock. As you can see, the dock will serve both tracks. I also assembled a cool end-of-track metal bumper that I purchased on eBay. It will eventually be installed roughly where it’s shown below.
That’s it for now...

Looks like good use of leftover cork roadbed.
