Doing more work on Fish Pier and the street trackage.   Not much has changed but I am finally committing and securing figures and objects permanently using ModPodge which seems the best way to secure figures and a variety of materials to the base.  Figures are a combination of ones I've hand painted, various prepainted figures and a few of the Heroclix figures removed from their bases.  Carts and scales are custom made, 3d printed or scratch built.  Tried to keep a close eye on matching scale.  I have more figures to paint, which takes an exceedingly long time, to add to the scene.

Yes David it’s very difficult for us to spray paint from the rattle can safely indoors.
I have attempted to spray inside several times over the years and it takes much more time and energy than just going outside with the right color med can in hand.  I practice asking for a large box from the grocery store on Tuesday mornings as a Charman box.  I use pieces of molding flashing saved from prior kits to separate the cardboard from the pieces I wish to spray.  Even though I don’t spray outside the garage floor is the indoor site I use. 😆. Just thinking out loud
