Good Morning Everyone.
I will start off the showcase with the second phase of a refinery project I am working on. I am constructing a furnace to heat crude oil before it is distilled into various products. I have completed the platforms and now have to install two burners on the underside of the furnace, various hatches and piping.
I hope all my friends have a good time at the Big E today.

Great stuff this week, guys! Fresh out of the "weathering shop" is this very worn C&NW 40' boxcar. This 'ole girl's been in service for well over 15 years and sure shows her age!!

I continue to practicie and experiment with different weathering techniques on these relatively inexpensive Weaver cars...which I tend to buy in bulk...LOL!
I keep the road names that I like and/or the ones I'm satisfied with, and try to get a few bucks for the others to at least pay for my supplies/materials!

If you don't mind me asking, what did you use for the duct work (shown first in picture 4) on your model? I am looking to build some industrial duct work but can't find square tubing large enough in my local hobby shop. Thanks.

It is rectangular ABS tubing. You can make this to any size you want using abs sheet. I would use .040 to .060 ' sheet.
