Great idea Alan. Here are a couple of shots of my refinery scene. Joe did the cracking towers and the gas storage tank. Would you believe that the small tanks are from an old HO kiri set of kits? Works fine in this setting. And finally, here is how I remember on my layout the friends I have lost.

I would like to mention that everyone can post their current work also. I hope I did not mislead any of you.
Quite minimal, but in the midst of the Grandt Line transition, I needed a bunch of unobtanium windows. Joe not only had em, but was willing to sell me his whole stash. Most, if not all of these windows are from Joe. I remember him being so apologetic that it snowed, and he couldn’t mail them out immediately. I told him to not worry about it and just send them when he could safely mail them.

Many years ago when I did Industrial Combustion we built special burners to clear the tanks after delivery was made. We burned off any latent fuel and then used the products of combustion to purge the tanks. Had some really tight CO and CO2 specs.

I had purchased a water tank and pipe rack from Joe Fauty for my service area but couldnt find where I have them packed away.
Maybe next week.
In the meantime, on my workbench this week has been the Monon Shops 1930s gas station. Built to plan until I got ambitious and decided to scratch build the framing rather than using the castings provided with the kit.
