In 2015 I printed the Super Tuning the Lionel 773 Hudson article from the Justtrains.com website. I just scanned my printout into a pdf file. The article is copyrighted by Justtrains.com. I went to the justtrains.com website, and while the main page exists, none of the other pages were there, so I did not find a contact email address to as if it was alright to post the article on this forum.
Since I was simply able to print the article, I believe that justtrains was okay with personal use - which posting on this website is, personal use by us hobbyists.
If I am in error, I am sure a moderator will delete this post.
