Has anyone tried using superglue to keep transformer (ZW orKW) laminations from buzzing. I have a KW that is quite noisy an when I checked the laminations, they are not tight. I used clamps to hold the laminations together and and almost all the noise went away. I am considering flooding the laminations on both sides with a thin superglue and clamping the laminations tight to see if it will stay quite.
Has anyone tried this or am I moving in the wrong direction.
Appreciate your thoughts!
Thanks,
