For this purpose, let's figure $700 plastic and $1400 Brass for a ballpark idea as small engines don't necessarily equate to small prices.
I will put together a spreadsheet with the above information and perhaps we can entice somebody to fill the need.
Regarding the Baldwin Center Cab, that is a viable project and steps are being taken to make that a reality. If anybody is interested in that project and you haven't yet dropped your name, contact me asap at the same email address above and I'll get you on the email list for that project.
