Swapping ERR into 3rd Rail PRR S2

I recently bought this 3rd Rail (ex-Williams) PRR S2 that arrived in worse shape than I expected, but I got a nice surprise in the tender, someone already bought the ERR Turbine sound card to pair with the stock QSI reversing unit. I was wondering what else I need from ERR to complete the swap to TMCC, looks like the Cruise Commander and some of the harnesses that they offer?. I would like fan smoke at some point in the future, but not necessary right now.
