Well, personally -- and not meaning to be funny -- I'd ask Hurricane Sandy first . . . the storm will probably have passed but its effects will be lasting longer and a lot of folks will no doubt be preooccupied with other things.
I hope it goes well for you.
Be there for sure. Hope Sandy passes by with minimal impact.

I'd encourage anyone who is able, to go. It's a good one. I attended a few times when I lived Upstate.

Same here! and bring a camera!
I will be there Saturday if all is well.

I'm going... I'm also a member of the CNY-NRHS and was hoping to help set up on the 2nd, and was hoping to run some of my stuff on one of the weekend days...
We shall see... I was hoping to bring some of my excess motive power to unload there, as well.
This will also be the first train show after Iowa Pacific's Saratoga & North Creek took the Lackawanna E8s. Just when I joined, too! The were moved (under their own power, all 4 prime movers powered up) to Dewitt Yard for fueling and now... who knows. I think Jim's going to be seeing a lot more of them than I will. www.cnynhrs.org.
...
I was lucky enough to spend the Friday and Saturday on my LHS owner's B&M caboose, #C-127, on the Adirondack!
Thanks,
Mario
I will be there with the FLOWER CITY TINPLATE TRACKERS, stop by and say hello.
gary g ------www.cherelvalleyrailroad.com-----my web.
will do. i will be there also.
We will be there running O gauge trains all day sat and sun.
Look for the Tall engineer with the cowboy hat.
Walker Model railroad.
Lots of trains, action and fun.
the kids love the Standard gauge set I run on the floor
and through two tunnels under the board.
Need anything fixed, bring it with you. I can usually get
stuff up and running during the show. have a test track
for O and O27, but can also test S gauge with my elec leads.
If you have O gauge items that you find at the show that you want
to purchase and would like it tested, being it to the board.
most of the dealers know who i am, and will let you bring it to
my board to test it.
well popi thanks for the offer. i plane to take you up on the test track. thanks
well so far everything seems great in Syracuse for the train show. i am looking forward to going my self and looking for some stuff that i need for my layout. also will be looking for other form members to say hi to.
I'll be wearing my usual... probably my NYC Century Green (don't call it jade) shirt and engineer's cap, or a Lionel Trains tee...
Thanks,
Mario
