The Syracuse show is mostly about layouts and demonstrations. There are a few dealers and even a few selling new items but don't confuse this show with York.

A little late to this thread, but for the record, this is the largest model train show in New York State and the second largest in the northeast behind Springfield MA. The show annually features over 50 operating layouts, 100 vendors, a train ride for kids and free parking. Admission is only $10 for adults 16 and over, children are free. The two day show annually attracts approximately 6000+ people the first full weekend of November every year now in its 45th year in 2019.
The next show is 2, 3rd November 2019.
