Hi, I have a traditional size tanker that is separated from the trucks. I thought of spray painting is white and put propane on the sides. Do any of you have any other ideas what to do with it?

Paul,
A very quick and cheap fix is to go to the next train show in your area and look for an HO gauge truss bridge. Just turn it upside down and mount your tanker on it. You get and instant above ground tank that looks goood and cost about 2 bucks. You can usually find one in the scrap boxes under the display table at shows. While you at it, look for a Plasticville ladder to add to it.
Great idea gpap! Paul, another similar idea....if you have some scrap pieces of the 1/2" sheet insulation laying around, you can cut out two appropriately sized "concrete" cradles to support the tank. Basically two squares or rectangles with the u-shaped cutout matching the contour of the tank. Paint them with water-based latex and you are ready to go!!
