Carpenters do it with wood!!!
Another Menard's store or lumber yard is too obvious but that's what Mark's clue brings to mind. It can't be that easy. So I'll have to second a piece of rolling stock with lumber load but not necessarily a flat with bulkheads.
Another "Not Railroad" item...
It could be a dog house.

LOL Adriatic, funny you say that. Pouring concrete today!
I figured as much because I knew ↓↓ this fluffy stuff↓↓ would occupy my day
At the bottom right is a garden lighthouse; it is tall as the top of my knee. You could see the sidewalk early today.
WOW I really feel for all of you getting snow! Stay warm and safe!
Its a tank yard for the BREWERY!
It is a scrap metal yard...................Paul
It could be a new dog pound, but Jack would not like it!
I see a construction site. Darn big rebar in that foundation!
Someone giving their grandkids a bath? LOL
I see a hard hat now . He must have went to Menard's after lunch; leaving the hardhat in the truck
I see bog ol' rebar too. They must be building another new Menard's with supplies from the old
...or it's a brewery
My vote would be for the lumber yard. We do need more industrial type buildings that can be "serviced" by our railroads, rather than all these "cutsie" buildings that could be place in a community setting without any train at all. When is the release date?
Paul Fischer
"Bog"? Where did that even come from?
I love the typos today's composers dream up; there was no word there.
Oh , yes there was.... "big ol' "...... more coffee
I an guessing a sawmill. Maybe with a spinning saw blade.

Home or building being constructed
Another "shovel-ready" project from 10 years ago still underway despite billions in infrastructure spending. If it's anything like its prototype, you will be paying for this in installments for the rest of your lives. :-)
Is it really "TO BE DETERMINED" if you already know what it is? Shouldnt it be a "GUESS WHATS NEXT"?
A pack of (24) or more construction workers in 1/4" scale.
The foundation for a beer brewery

I like your way of thinking Bill!
With the hinged arms I am thinking an animated construction site. Have you ever noticed that all the people in Menardsville have blond hair. That's ok with me my hair was blond at one time. Alas now gray.
Id like to have a real block of wood like he is standing on. Would make a good thing to split firewood on!

Honestly I don't drink as a rule, but was surprised I didn't see anyone else come up with it so figured I would help you all out.
It's the start of " The Wall " , just got some money for it in last week's vote.
Looks to me like the retaining wall for some Velociraptors. I like the idea of a bit of Jurrasic Park Theme on my lay out!!!! I already had a Triceratops donated during my open house in December!

But I thought that was another brick in the wall not cement.
Not to confuse things more but, here is a picture from the train station they sell. Looks like they left a couple of the workers at the station

I think it's a worker carrying raw material for the Louisville Slugger Bat Factory??
It's gonna be a concrete bunker for spent nuclear fuel
Sewage treatment plant. Jus' guessin'.
Lets see what can you do with a 2x6...make a thousand or so toothpicks...
So is Menard's planning on any new car releases this year, or is to be new buildings from now on?
I think we will see some new cars this year. Some new road names on existing tooling. Maybe they are waiting till some of the inventory goes down. I believe, myself, we may see a couple of new rolling stock items this year.......Paul

J Hartlet, I'm thinking the same thing or a building or bridge being built.
I believe you guys are on the something there with the foundation thing. I think it's going to be a facility for model train addicts. Mark the Menard's Guy will be the new counselor. Hopefully it will have an adjoining brewery.

Your not supposed to talk about that... you have to use it's code name - the medical dispensary!!!
