Last Friday night 104 brave souls on two separate bus loads crowded into my home to see my displays and layout. Things were somewhat hectic --the first bus arrived 70 minutes early-- but everyone seemed to have a good time. My helpers were Dirk Hertel, Dave Pitts, Richard Fleischer, and Greg Pulis. In the short time we had to run trains we demonstrated W&H controlled clockwork, Bing superclockwork, Hornby 20V 4-4-0 LMS Compound, a set of Chris Lonero/Marty Fitzhenry customized Williams Budd cars, an Atlas bump and go trolley, and finally, a Right of Way C&O 2-6-6-2 pulling a train of K Line die cast hoppers. Richard Fleischer ran two Biller trains in the Museum/Office room. I'd like to share a few photos taken by Dave Pitts and Dirk Hertel. The very bald guy in a couple of the photos is yours truly.

Lew,
Thanks, so much for hosting us, I was in the second wave of visitors.
I really enjoyed your demonstration of clockwork engines, and all. The most enjoyable part for me was seeing the photos of you and your children and grandchildren enjoying the real trains and the toy trains throughout the years. Sharing the trains with others is the best.
Thanks again,
looked like a good time Lew, GREAT train room, looks like a lot of fun !!
Thanks Craig,
If any members of the O Gauge Forum are in Boston and have nothing to do, my doors are always open.
Hope to see more of you.

Lew, I may just take you up on your offer. I live in the Portland area but am down in MA frequently. Hope to meet you sometime soon.

John, Lew is only 20 minutes from me. He is on your way home.
Hi John
Sounds great. Sorry but my layout is nowhere as wonderful as Marty's but I do have a bunch of stuff that is very different from Marty's inventory. Just give me a little notice so I can make sure there are no scheduling problems.
