I bought the blocks I first posted.

You can do a lot with simple neutral/ground bars used for an electrical panel.  They work well for common connections near my distribution center.  Keep in mind all these common connections are one via the metal bar. Accessory commons are easily combined with track commons also.   The detailed terminal strips pictured above separate all or most of the connections.  If you are combining a lot of connections via a terminal strip you may find the neutral/ground bar a less expensive choice. 

What make/size/purpose are the fuses on the RHS in last picture?

Fuses are standard AGC fuses available at auto parts stores.  The fuse block assembly is from Grainger.  Click on the underlined phrase to link.
I use 3 amp or less fuses for accessories.  7.5 amp fuses for track power.
