I had popped in to see if Rich had responded to my post on the Photo thread only to see that the thread has been locked. Since I haven't seen the thread since my post, and don't really know what transpired, I apologize if my post ended up in getting the thread off topic and locked.
I did want to take a few minutes to thank you for your very thoughtful post. I am at a point in my life were work and family commitments really don't leave much extra time for my hobbies as I'm lucky if I can find a couple of hours a week. While I would love to have a high-rail layout, I don't really know if I will reach that point (combination of time and talent!)
While I'm not taking a break from the hobby, I am taking a short break from posting on the forums. I will, however, lurk on occasion to see any updates from Scott Mann and to enjoy the threads that you and some of the other gentlemen start.
