I just wanted to say thanks to one of our sponsors, Korber Models.  I was having a problem with a Korber roundhouse which I purchased a few years ago (well before the new owners took over the Korber line).  I sent them an email asking for their advice/assistance.  They emailed me back almost right away,  and after exchanging a couple of emails about how best to fix the issue, they were able to get me going on resolving the issue.

 

I have always liked the Korber line and was thrilled to hear it was going to have new owners and the product line would continue.  It is even nicer to know how good the customer service is with the new owners. 

 

I just thought it was worth mentioning on the forum.  All too often we are talking about the opposite kind of service.
