I just had issues with two new engines...an sd70 and dash 9 sound systems. I dropped them off to be shipped back late on a tuesday....by thursday I got emails that they received them...on monday I received emails that they were on the way back. Just last night thursday they were back on my layout running fine! I think that is pretty good service!!! I live in Mississippi!
