I had a wanted add posted for an RPO car from K Line. Marty remembered seeing this car at York and told me to check Vinces Trains.

Thanks Marty for your great memory in remembering this and also thanks to Vince, who searched for a week to find the car.

That's how I obtained my long-sought MTH Premier Southern Ps-4 1401 (20-3006-1; 1994). More networking produced a board from a 1997 MTH RailKing Ps-4 for Passenger Station Announcements (PSA) and professional installation by Wayne Renga of J and W Electronics during the York Meet.
