Me and my son visited Alex's layout this morning to pick up the Great Lakes Car Ferry that Alex built for me. I brought along my 3 year old son to see his layout. Man he was excited to come, woke me up about 6am asking to go see the Choo-Choos!
Alex was a wonderful host and the car ferry was better in person then the photos! I plan to post many photos of it over the next few weeks as I install it onto the layout so we will save those for later. For those who haven't seen his layout in person your missing out! Everyone that is coming to his open house is in for a great treat! Here are some photos that I snapped this morning. One thing I really like about his layout is how the trains disappear into tunnels and re-appear at totally different areas of the layout.
