I posted this on weekend photo but thought I would post this as a new topic. t8afao and BobbyD posted pics of the scale double door high cubes and with you mentioning they look different I had to check the high cube single doors from last year. There is a difference. In the pics the trucks are turned around, but I think they are the same either way. Everything looks basically the same until you look at the air line piping underneath. Last years run has them and this year doesn't. I had bought all eight double doors and two out of two do not have the airlines underneath. Here are pics. The green car is the one from last year. Monday I think I'll email Lionel with the pics asking them about this. I am wondering if this was just something not put on or is it a cost saving action ......Paul

I won't argue that point with you AGHRMATT. Fine details do take a bit of special care and you don't see them underneath. I just feel that if they were offered on the first run of High Cubes they should of been offered on the second. When you move to more scale like cars why do a reversal so to speak and start eliminating details. Just my thought on this....................Paul
