Rob,

Artistic license on the overhead for the LSE.  Over the years I have run across poles at various shows and a fella named Jim Rivers is a friend of mine who makes great traction parts.  So it will be a conglomerate.  And that's years down the road.  The backdrops and mainlines will all have to be finished.  You see, the LSE trackage will mostly be toward the front so there is easy access to the overhead for soldering and repair.  I don't want to be reaching over the lines to finish other items.

What I need are some dimensions for the Ceylon station out near Sandusky.  I can find pics, but no measurements.  I know the shape of the building changed over the years but again... artistic license.

yes it does.  As a matter of fact I originally designed as a point to point.  A few members of the local club I am in convinced me to put in some return loops for continuous "beer drinking" runs.  It takes about 20 minutes to go from Cleveland to Ironton at about a 35mph scale speed.  Throw some train building, car set outs and pick ups and I think your looking at hour long sessions to get from one end to the other.

Thanks to all!  Spent a while deciding to try and "blend" those upper supports into the backdrop or not.  In the end, I went with emphasizing them instead.  I went the route of giving them a raw steel look with fake rivets.  Much easier than trying to work it into the backdrop.  I'll put some photos in next time.

L I Train... I'll look for that email.  I have no clue how to do that.
