Does anyone recognize this 0-4-0 engine and know what became of it?  It, along with three PRR railcars, was parked at the side of a restaurant parking lot at Summerdale Junction around 1977-79. I think it was a combination hotel with a restaurant (Irene's?) on the first floor and located opposite the Enola PA Yards.  The current Williams Grove Historical Steam Engine Association website (Mechanicsburg, PA) does not seem to include it.

Thanks,

TRRR

Thanks very much for the information.  Google maps' street view of Shirey's Trucking shows a side-less shed with a hard to make out shape inside. But the proportions and overall lines look like a perfect match. I am curious about its prior history.

It's nice to know that the engine has survived, although I didn't know about the restaurant burning down. It's too bad. In 1979, it was pleasant and had a great giftshop with Pennsylvania arts and railroad-themed items.

ARC, thank-you for the full identification and link that I'm sure will come in handy again.

Mr. Wills, that PDF story with pictures is amazing to have.  Thank-you very much. That's the place and what a pity that all those railroad items and photographs were lost.  I was also interested to see on the reproduced color postcard that Summerdale Junction had an actual dining car as part of the building.  I don't remember that detail and dining and RR cars that were salvaged and used in or as restaurants is a tangental interest of mine.

(The open building that I found via Google 360-degree view was just down the road across from the church.  Given your more precise link, I see now that it was a mirage. :-)

Thanks again to you both for most helpful information.

UPDATE: On a re-read, it sounds as though the RR memorabilia was elsewhere when fire struck.  That's good.
