The hunt for John Pettit

Good Morning Everyone,

I'm currently trying to located contact information for John Pettit, the son of Lionel inventor Frank Pettit. I have exhausted many avenues including talking with Christopher Ritchie who wrote "It Comes From Within" John may have some very important keys for the upcoming Madison Hardware book. If anyone here can help me find John it would be greatly appreciated.
