Alex M. (Ingeniero No1) ...thank you so much for your words.  You are so kind my Friend.  Your layout is world class and you have created so many beautiful scenes.  And yes...LaKeeta knows about the Jello mold and even helped me decide how to use it...she is my partner you know!! I have learned so much from you and look forward to hopefully seeing you and Judy soon at York...or perhaps sooner at the Springfield, Mo. meet.

AMCDave...thanks.  Depending on the size of the structure, make sure that you get enough pieces because it takes a BUNCH!!  Get the number 95 or 96 sets...

TexasSP...I am working on a couple of articles for the magazine.  Jim Policastro had a fine article some years back and perhaps he will post some pictures...??

Gerry...Allan who??..

Keith...thanks so much my Friend...always enjoy your projects too!

Erie Lack....thank you!  Mels and Mac's are going to either have to give up their real estate or their air rights!!...LOL...

I do, however, have one burning question - Is the new OGR World Headquarters well-lit and plushly carpeted?

No it's all tight-loop carpet... plush carpeting gets caught in the locomotive gears when carpet-running postwar trains!

Wow - that is one tall, good looking building!

I'll never have room on my layout for anything like that, but I've always wanted a skyscraper with a tower cap like that and a dirigible docked on it, as folks dreamed of in the 1930s.  I actually have the dirigible (40 inch kit) but no where (including up) to put such a tower on my layout.

Steve....thanks!!

JoeyA...Thank you!!

Pete...thanks...my best estimate is about 12 hours..

Wowak...you got that right..!

Lee...thank you and that means a lot from an innovator like you!  I have two large "blimps" that I hang from the ceiling...one of them is 48" long.  I am lucky in that I have a 10.5 foot ceiling in the layout room.

Carl...Thank you so much my Friend!  I also hope that perhaps you and some of the others ( the Eastern Boys.. ) can come and be my guests some day...you are welcome always!

Jason....you can locate the sets on Ebay...just search for "American Skyline" and within that search, you should find building sets.

Ben....I don't disagree with you... I had an MTH building in that location and moved it, replacing it with this new building.  Actually, the Skyline sets are close to S-scale and that is the reason why one can use them.  6 floors on an MTH building is about 8 floors on a Skyline building.  Real world skyscrapers have differing patterns and heights/divisions between floors so these sets go well with urban scenes but I do agree that the cars, which are closer to 1/43rd should be placed elsewhere.  One thing I am considering is to have a park around the building with some shrubs and small trees and then have a few 1/50th vehicles nearby.  I'll see how that works...
