Last week I had to change browsers to find one that worked here.  A plus sign has also began appearing directly over the only clear screen area for scrolling while using the composer.  I only can see 3 lines of type already (all browsers, it's awful) and now can't scroll nor exit the keyboard without full zoom due to placement of the + symbol in the only area that will cause exit.

Can it be moved please?

I also don't get any response from the button. What is it?

You said, "... I had to change browsers to find one that worked here..."  That puts me on alert, so to speak, because ANY browser will work here. I have tested Firefox, Internet Explorer, Edge, Safari (on a MAC), Opera, Dolphin (on an iPad) and a couple of others and they all work fine. I have never seen anything here that looks like the screenshot you posted above, so I'm a bit at a loss to know what I'm looking at. What happens if you click on that plus sign?

I also see three vertical dots in the upper right corner of that screen shot, That usually indicates there is some type of menu there.

I need to know what browser you are using, what kind of device, what operating system, etc., to be able to help beyond this.

I don't use the big names anymore because, #1 I prefer the desktop view, detest mobile views  #2 none of the above had a working desktop for a very long time . #3  Nobody seems to hack at the lesser known browsers much. #4 the big names are actually fad to slow or crash too often.

I realise a desktop on Android can be quirky. But it gives you more useful options. Like the recent posts column ( is a MUST, but) in the mobile view it doesn't show.  Besides, I don't think I had turned on desktop yet.

FF, Dolphin, & Opera have not worked well, if at all, on my last 3 devices. (I don't think Dolphin ever loaded a page)   I'm using Kiwi right now, waiting for my others to update and give me a desktop view again.

I wouldn't ask if I didn't feel totally crippled by it. I know Android isn't your thing (nor mine)

Nothing happens when I try to press the button.

The plus shows up in other browsers too, just not right there.

I never saw it do anything when pressed, and I only see it here on OGRF.... so maybe I'm seeing an Android option I'm unfamiliar with, but assumed it was Hoop.la because I only see it here.

My last device had the plus too. I was using two of my four present browsers then too.  All but one device gave me the basic screenshot you see. Sometimes I get a half dozen lines of text, but not often. Tilting just make the whole page smaller.

Yes, the dots are the browser menu, similar to any other browser settings menu really.

Oh, just noticed, I have the full composer box now. I have not rebooted or anything, havent closed the browser or visited other sites yet either.

Now the plus moves when I scroll or type, then vanishes for 5 seconds.

It lists a choice of  "topic or clip" when pressed... it's the forum menu font.

As mentioned above, it is chrome on Android. Below is a screen shot after clicking the plus sign.  It is the create new post button.

I disagree that the forum doesn't look good on the mobile view and I use it pretty much exclusively and have never had a problem with the plus sign, so not such how to help.  I scroll with the touching screen obviously, and that button does not get in the way.

  Thanks gentlemen.

The tilt doesn't always resize, but it seems to be the best solution to yet another bad google decision.   I seldom ever use portrait view unless I'm dialing, but I did try, it just wouldn't resize so and was unresponsive as well.  Hopefully that was a one time glitch, as after my confusion, it was acting differently (landscape)

Kiwi must be built on Chrome, and using some features other chrome based browser skipped over or it wasn't working or something.  Funny because those all out perform Chrome IMO. I gave up on chrome itself just a short time after the launch . Revisting never impressed me, something was always wrong.

I sure miss those thick Windows manuals and actually finding info easily and timely with them

Why do we even need the plus? Especially  mid composition.  I didn't use it start this thread or post. I e.,  It's just in the way; uneeded repetitive clutter.
