We are proud to announce that The Toy Exchange has become our newest forum sponsor and magazine advertiser! Perry and his associates invite you to visit their store in Mt. Airy Maryland or their site to see what they have available as well as details of their offerings on Live Auctioneer, HiBid, and Ebay. They are always buying and selling trains and toys and of course offer the option of consigning your collections for them to sell for you. The Toy Exchange banner is in the bottom row banners at the top of the forum pages and they also have a listing within the featured topics under the list of forum sponsors...both the banner and listing link directly to they site store. Please join us in welcoming Perry and his Toy Exchange to the O Gauge Railroading Magazine Forum!

Great store! We always stop there on our trips to the Great Scale show in Timonium. Their store is packed with great stuff, and we always look forward to our visits. Also, if visiting in person, we recommend the restaurant Twin Arch Tavern (in the corner near the Toy Exchange) -- the food there is fantastic!

Welcome to Perry and his crew, and thanks for supporting OGR!
I've been numerus times have always enjoyed wandering around the store looking at their many items.
Perry is great! Purchased several trains from him and my kids love shopping for the other toys that he sells.
Welcome friend!

I love the Toy Exchange located in Mt. Airy, Md.!!! I've purchased many train items for my layout from Perry over the years. Great guy to do business with and always has a good stock of trains! Highly recommend!!! Welcome aboard Perry and thanks for supporting the OGR Forum!!!
Welcome Toy Exchange!
A friend has dealt with them many times, saves on shipping by driving the few miles to the store! So, welcome aboard.
Great store and great owner. I’ve been doing train repairs for the store since the early 1990’s.

Hi Bob,
we have only been part of this forum for a week or two now. Do you remember who you spoke with?

I do the repairs for the Toy Exchange. You can drop off or ship the 675 shell to the store.
Ok Iwas hoping to be able to take with you. Do you do custom painting?

Contact info is in my profile. I don’t do custom painting, although the 675 steamer is easy. Just too busy to even work on my own stuff.
I've known Perry for 45 years. We are friends and were competitors when I owned my shop in Frederick, Md. Perry is highly professional, personable and a responsible owner of his hobby store for 40+ years. I've had the privilege of sharing time, trains and a few beers with him over the years. You can't go wrong with Perry as he is a customer first dealer who is dependable, courteous and he has a wonderful store in Mt. Airy. Give him a visit when nearby.
Good to hear from you Larry... A good Friend. And thanks for your kind words.
