Years ago, I received a doll house that was in shambles for my daughter, the postal person ( not my regular mail person) gave it to my wife and then got the heck out of there before I could talk to them, she told him to wait there while she got her husband- me. Never the less as I showed up to the P.O. with this wooden doll house that was completely in shambles, all the other customers could just look at me, I saw them all because they themselves couldn't believe what they were looking at!. So I get to the window and the clerk made a bad move, she laughed at the damage. She actually thought this was funny! I proceeded to tell her in a very stern and elevated voice(not yelling, jut loud enough for everyone else to hear) "So you this this is funny? Maybe you have an answer for my 6 year old daughter when she asked me, "daddy why did they break my birthday present? Do they not like me?" with tears in her eyes none the less! Well, do YOU?" At that point everybody was looking at this clerk and she said let me get the Postmaster, I looked at her and said Good Decision. Nothing was ever done, the Postmaster couldn't believe what he was looking at either! And I never got the dollhouse back. At that point I didn't care, I just purchased a new one for my daughter.
