Tinplate Trains Book

Hello,

Several several years ago, I had a paper back book about a boy who found a Lionel passenger car in the trash. It was a car from Lionel's Congressional. His parents have him meet someone who is a collector and he learns about toy trains. The book had a lot of pictures of tinplate trains. Does anyone know the name of this book?
