I had purchased a rotating base and a couple of extra signs from Miller Engineering a year ago and during the process of deconstructing my old layout and building the new one, it turned out one of the signs wouldn't light up.
I brought the sign to the Amherst Show a few weeks ago and Chris took my name and number and called a couple of days after the show to let me know they would be sending me a new sign, which I received a few days later.
It's service like this that renews my faith in the hobby.
