My understanding is they're non-replaceable, if they go, the transformer core is dead. They're not to protect your layout, they're to protect the transformer from burning up.
Gentlemen I wish to say many thanks to all who gave me advice. After waiting 2 weeks to get the parts needed success . I replaced 2 tvs diodes on one tiu they were burned out and got my power back. All channels back on. On the other tiu with half power output on the variable Chanel’s I replaced all the fet power transitors now I have stable full power on the variable channels 1 & 2 having bought 20 fet I decided to replace all on both tiu’s this worked. Now the only issue left is on fixed 1 when I apply power to it. it doesn’t power the tiu I have to use external power to make it work. Any advice? Thankyou. The Steve

Check the contacts in the aux power jack, they're there to transfer the input power from the jack to FIXED #1. The jack is probably damaged.
