tmcc lash-up

If both engines are indeed TMCC and no speed control. Reset the momentum of both to the same.  That is done with the three keys on the bottom of the Cab1 under the small removable plate. Eng ## L, M, or H, set.  Set both units to the same momentum.   

You may also want to uncouple the two engines and let them run as if in a consist.  Determine which is the slower one and do maintenance (oil) to improve performance.

OK, I disassembled the slower engine, cleaned old grease, regreased and lubricated, setted both engines with same momentum (M), and still have the same problem. I could see, that though both engines are same product and cab Numbers, motors are mounted in differen way, in slower one, you dismount truck and motor stays in engine, in faster one, you take off truck with motor, in this case motor has 2 bracket holes on sides, and in slower one, motor is bolted from underneath, What do you think?

I have had the same issues, then I notice when I purchased the Legacy system and created a Lash up TR, the problem went away.

Lashing up TMCC engines is a crapshoot at best. I think it helps if you turn off Odyssey

It works much better with Legacy engines

Well, I did all I beleive could be done, I even checked with another engine, and it was almost the same speed as the faster one, but again one small fail in responding to CAB1, and they trip out, so I removed gears from one of them ( slower one) and left it like a dummy, so problem resolved, thanks a lot to all who advised me. In the near future I will try Legacy, but will try to sell my TMCC first. Thanks again
