I have the original TMCC commander hooked up to 2 loops of track running two different locomotives. It seems I have to rotate the throttle 9-10 times before the locomotives move and I cannot figure out what went wrong. It seems since I connected the Commander brick up to two separate loops of track that this problem started. The loops are receiving separate power from the right and left channels of the Z4000. Has anyone had a similar problem and solved it?

if you are talking about the cab-1 this is normal as far as I have seen.
What are the locomotives?
Be specific as to what you have. What is the "original TMCC Commander", I never heard of this?
I am running regular TMMC F-3 Diesel locomotives from 2005 with the TMCC handheld not Legacy.
Is the LED on the Command Base flashing continuously to indicate that the knob is outputting a steady string of pulses? Weak batteries cause knob problems.
