Yes, I purchased three Lionel boxcars from TTFO last year. Took a few days for order to ship, but otherwise, no issues to report.

I made a purchase last year from Toy Train Factory Outlet, located in Pennsylvania, and it was a very pleasant experience. There was one odd thing about the delivery. UPS reported that the shipment came from "NCD WHOLESALE, BENTON, PA". NCD Wholesale was a very large Lionel distributor some years ago. I think you can order from them with confidence.
