While everyone is finalizing their York schedules, I'd like to invite any and all to join us on "York Wednesday," October 15th, from 6:00 to 8:00pm for another gathering of the Toy Train Paper & Memorabilia Group.
This is going to be our 20th Anniversary meeting, and we continue to attract a diverse array of attendees and interests. In short, if something is toy train-related but NOT a toy train, that's us! Historical paper, promotional items, vintage photography, factory artifacts, and the like from all manufacturers and eras are usually represented.
Our meetings are extremely informal in nature, and consist primarily of "show-and-tell. " Have a favorite piece to share? Need info on something you found? Bring it along -- there's a good chance someone in the crowd can help fill in the gaps.
We meet off the fairgrounds, not far from the intersection of Routes 30 and 83, just off North George Street. All the particulars can be found here and also on the Meet Flyer shown below. (I've included one in color and a printable version in black and white.) We'd love to see our regulars as well as first-time attendees.
