I'm getting ready to buy track has anyone had any experience with http://www.ssstrains.com/gargraves4.htm. I am going to be buying a lot of O gauge and there prices seem to be very good.
I use Gargraves switches. I have never used this company, but, the prices are very good. Try ordering a few pieces and see how they respond. Remember that Gargraves does not stock a large inventory. Most of their products are built upon order which means you may not get immediate shipment. Allow ten days.
I have Atlas but saw lots of Gargraves on a friends layout yesterday. Nice looking track with wood ties that is a very good match to Ross switches. It is hollow rail if that makes a difference and according to my friend the rails are attached to the ties in a way that allows the track to flex a little. Also a plus.
