Is there a default track number assigned to the Fixed 1 and 2? If so, how do I find it on the remote and turn the power off to each one?

Fixed #1 and Fixed #2 do not have the ability to have their voltage managed by the DCS Remote, except by using Z4K Tracks. For Z4K Tracks, you'd need a Z4000 transformer with a Z4000 Remote Commander receiver.

You definitely need to get Barry's DCS O Gauge Companion book he does a great technical writing job on this particular entity, I use both the TIU TR & the Z4K TR for all my conventional engines, and they run better & smoother from the DCS hand held Remote Control than with just an old standard transformer.
