Traction Tires

This is essentially a reissue of the 5444 Hudson 6-28072.  Replacement tires can be found here .  (Part #91)

Although the above mentioned traction tire might work, these latest issue J3a’s are not re-issues of the 28072, or 38041.....the latest issued J3a’s have pressed on drivers, where as 28072, and her sisters, have drivers held on by screws.....the tire from 28072 might work, but it’s not a guaranteed fit as far as I know...best see if someone has used the tires from the older issue on the newer one....or contact Lionel themselves for the correct part number......it might be the same part....but Lionel hasn’t listed it yet....Pat
