No, generally not. The best method is just replacement. They are consumable items, like smoke fluid and light bulbs.

Replace them with MTH tires, simply measure the wheel diameter and use the chart. You'll notice there is a recommended range of wheel size a given tire fits.

Who has tires for Lionel Bump & Go Trolley?

I think you mean this typical Lionel Trolley chassis? https://www.lionelsupport.com/...Y-O-GAUGE-48-TROLLEY

https://www.lionelsupport.com/...-x-.036-TH-x-.116-WD

I did the math and that's a roughly 11.9mm, the smallest MTH O scale tire size listed in the chart is 15mm (DE0000015).  They used to sell a 14mm now out of stock DE0000014, but again, that's technically a still larger than the Lionel which per their info is actually under 12mm diameter. So it looks like Lionel or a dealer is your source for that specific tire since it is on the smaller size.

Can old traction tires be rejuvenated? I have a couple of old K-Line steamers that have old, dired-out tires that need to be changed, or possibly rejuvenated.

When traction tires are just glazed on the surface, but not brittle, I've used Rawn Re-Grip for many years with good results.

Here's a link to the place with the lowest price I've found.

At $14.50 per ounce (free shipping) unless you have a lot of glazed tires, it may be more cost effective to buy new tires if you can find them.

My search was "helped" as you'll see below, by the new Lionel parts website.

Step 1: Locate a Bump and Go Trolley via Google Search in order to get a Lionel product number to enter into the search box on lionelsupport.com.  I actually did this 4 times, got 4 different numbers back.  None of them returned a parts list when I entered them into the search box on lionelsupport.com.

Step 2: Locate a Bump and Go Trolley within the Service Supplements that used to be on lionelsupport.com.  Found one in Supplement 31 on page 1-7 (B-66).

Step 3: Obtained part no. for trolley's traction tire (600-0065-043) off this page.

Step 4: Typed this number into the search box on lionelsupport.com.  No hits.

Step 5: Tried "traction tire" instead.  Did get a hit that points to "Traction Tire Reference" document/list.

Step 6: Click on that document/list and lo and behold, there's the 600-0065-043 right there.  Now, why couldn't the search function find it in Step 4?
