My new K-Line steamer arrived today. (K-LINE K3715-1603W) I lubed it up and ran it around an O-42 loop. It runs fine. Smoke works and whistle and bell work. No other sound, and it's really quiet, which is good. It will soon need traction tires. The existing ones are very dry and cracked. There is no manual and I can't seem to locate a parts list anywhere. Does anyone know a way to measure the drivers to determine what size tire I might need? These are not big drivers but they are larger than diesels.

I can't seem to find a comparison chart anywhere, or a listing that states if a tire will fit multiple drivers.  Any help would probably be useful.

I think I found some on eBay.  3.3mm wide and 1" inside diameter.  Measuring the wheels on my K-Line steamer, I think these will probably suit my purpose.  Upon closer inspection, what I thought was flaking and roughness are actually grooves in the existing tires for traction.  They are dry, but not flaking or cracked as I previously thought.  so, far this has been a great purchase for me.

you can purchase a micrometer and measure your wheels or old tires and then get them from mth!

4 in. Digital Caliper (harborfreight.com)

this is all you need to measure inside or outside diameter of wheel or tires! in MM or in inch, mth are measured in MM!!!

al you need is traction tire chart from ogrforum!
