Many years ago I purchased a conversion kit to add TMCC to a 1958 vintage Santa Fe. It has twin 8 amp motors and runs like a charm! My layout is DCS control but I have several Lionel engines that operate fine with the DCS. I know TAS is no longer in business but I would love to purchase a couple more conversions for other twin 8 amp engines. Any idea where I could purchase the kits?

The ERR Cruise Commander is a worthwhile substitute for the TAS EOB kit. Personally, I like it's operation better, and it's also easier to install than the TAS.
All Post War engines will use the ERR AC commander. If the engines are newer you will need to verify if they are AC or DC powered. Only DC engines can use the cruise commander or DC commander.

Correct Pete, didn't read carefully enough. AC Commander it is. 
FWIW, I've used ERR equipment on various pieces and they are fantastic! Williams GG-1s, PW 2023 Alco and a beat up RDC. All run great!
