"Hey everyone,

I'm excited about the upcoming Train Collectors Association 70th Anniversary National Convention happening from June 15th to June 23rd, 2024, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I'm curious about how big this event will turn out to be. Do you think it'll surpass the scale of the York, Pennsylvania Meets? Additionally, I'm wondering if any of you are planning to attend this June? Let's discuss!" - Kyle

Not even close.  Our club had a display at the TCA Convention in Cherry Hill, NJ in 2014, it was abysmal.  We had almost nobody coming by the display, and we were there for three days!  That was my last TCA Convention, and I have no desire to go back!   As stated, there was a swap meet, but it was tiny.

If you go for stuff like the layout tours and other scenic visits, that's what typically happens all day. For sure, NEVER volunteer to display at the convention, that was a loser!

Here's the schedule of events from last year.
