Train engineer wins lottery

I'd think that if I were a railroad engineer and won the lottery for over 300M, I would buy the d--- railroad and run it myself!  Talk about having your own model railroad, only in 12" = 1' scale.  Just think; I could be my own Warren Buffett.

I would buy/offer to paint a some railroad locomotives in a few of my favorite railroad's paint schemes and let the host railroad run them. A great way to see some more Fallen Flags.

My choices would be...

CNJ/Jersey Central green w/yellow stripes

CNJ/Jersey Central blue w/orange stripes (yes they did have this version too)

CNJ/Jersey Central 'Coast Guard' red

Raritan River

Lehigh & Hudson River

Lehigh & New England
